David Hall is Controller of Hirschfeld Properties LLC as well as its affiliated management and construction companies. As Controller, Mr. Hall is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, financial reporting production, maintenance of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.
David has over twenty seven years of accounting experience in the real estate industry. He began his career with J.E. Robert Company of New England and spent 14 years there and at its successor firm JER Revenue Services LLC/JER Partners. He was later an assistant controller for a $450 million real estate fund business and from there advanced to Controller of a New York City based real estate investment and development firm with over $300 million AUM comprised of 26 multifamily operating properties.
David has a Bachelors degree in Business Economics from Southern Connecticut State University and a Masters in Accounting from University of New Haven.
